The Caldwell offers various charming locations for your marriage ceremony. The West Courtyard Garden offers an idyllic location for a wedding ceremony under our dome or main pavilion, surrounded by beautiful landscaping set among magnolia trees, with rows of white padded seating. The Caldwell's deep shaded porches also offer sheltered seating out of the summer heat or occasional rain shower.

 East Garden
| For larger ceremonies, the East Lawn offers a wide open expanse with capacity for seating up to 200 guests, with a walled pond and ivy-covered lattice screen as the natural backdrop for an elegant exchange of vows. The bridal party enters the garden through a leaf-covered arbor, proceeding down a gently curving brick path in a traditional formal procession. Evening weddings are especially beautiful as the garden is lit with white lights. |
The Front and Side Hallways inside the home offer a third alternative for small ceremonies of up to 50 guests, which is held at the base of the stairs. Guests are seated on each side of the wide hallways and the bride ascends from the top of the stairs. This location provides an alternative to outside weddings which may be affected by inclement weather. |
