Guest Room Accommodations during Wedding Weekend The Caldwell House has three guest rooms upstairs which are available to house families and friends of the bride and groom. As a special offer, any guest referred by a bride and groom having their wedding and/or reception at The Caldwell during the wedding weekend receive a discounted rate of $75/night for any of these three rooms, double occupancy, which includes a full, gourmet breakfast the next morning. There is no limit to the number of consecutive nights available at this rate during the wedding weekend. Families will enjoy the convenience and comfort of reserving these rooms during wedding festivities. The bride and her party will enjoy the excitement of The Caldwell House the night before the wedding in preparation for the big day. Guests have access to coffee, tea, soft drinks, water and snacks anytime during their stay. All Caldwell rooms afford spacious sitting areas as well as sleeping comfort. All have private baths. Some rooms have special amenities such as a gas fireplaces, and all are equipped with television, wireless internet and the unmistakable Caldwell ambiance! Wicker rockers, chairs and tables will provide relaxing comfort as you spend time on our porches, enjoying the view of our West Garden Pavilion, prior to wedding activities. Packages are available to add to your room rental, assuring an experience to be remembered.

Description of Photographs below: Fleur de Lis (first photo) is located on the second floor at the rear of the home. Decorated with a French theme, it has a comfortable queen-sized iron bed, and a separate daybed which is perfect for a family traveling with a child. The black and white tiled bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Garden View (second photo), located upstairs at the rear of the home, has a queen-sized iron bed and will guarantee you a comfortable night's sleep. The cheerful room is spacious and is a beautiful shade of peach. The private bathroom has a shower. The spacious second floor Morning Glory room (third photo) welcomes the morning sun. For cooler evenings, switch on the natural gas fireplace in the adjacent seating area. Morning Glory has a king-sized bed and an attached full bath with a tub/shower combination.
