The Caldwell House offers various charming locations for your wedding ceremony - East Garden, West Garden Pavilion and indoors at the base of the stairs for small ceremonies.

The wedding reception is held on the west side of the home, indoors and outdoors. The front parlor provides a beautiful setting for the wedding cake.  The groom's cake is displayed in the side hall for all to admire.  The food, catered by one of our five approved caterers, is set out in the dining room.  Guests may eat inside, throughout the home, or under the west garden pavilion.  

Bar service, handled by our licensed beverage service provider, is located in the study and a second bar, for over 100 guests, is located in the west garden.

The domed brick circle of the West Garden Pavilion provides a beautiful site for the first bride & groom dance and the parent dance.  The larger main area of the pavilion offers a dance floor for guests to dance the night away.  Seating for dinner or relaxing is set out on the northeast side of the pavilion.  Guests may also relax on the wicker rockers and chairs on the front and side porches.
