The Caldwell has five guest rooms available to house a family reunion, whole house rental, off-site business meeting or special weekend retreat. Reserve a room or the entire house for your special visit to Abbeville and South Louisiana. Families of brides and grooms will enjoy the convenience and comfort of reserving the entire home during wedding festivities. The bride and her party will enjoy the excitement of The Caldwell the night before the wedding in preparation for the big day.
Furnished with queen and king-sized beds, Caldwell rooms afford spacious sitting areas as well as sleeping comfort. All have private baths. Some rooms have special amenities such as gas fireplaces or Jacuzzi spa, and all are equipped with television, wireless internet and the unmistakable Caldwell ambiance! A gourmet breakfast is included in the price of the rooms for guests to enjoy in our elegant dining room. Returning guests will be treated to a different menu each time they stay with us.

Our staff will do all we can to make your stay here a wonderful and memorable experience. All you have to do is ask! The Evangeline Master Suite is our most spacious and luxurious accommodation. Located on the first floor, it offers a king-sized bed set within a turret of windows, a fireplace, and an armoire featuring a large TV with DVD player. The adjoining bathroom features a jacuzzi spa tub with separate shower. | 
| The spacious second floor MORNING GLORY suite welcomes the morning sun. For cooler evenings, switch on the natural gas fireplace in the adjacent seating area. Morning Glory has an attached full bath and king-sized bed. This room can be set with extra-long twin beds for single travelers. |  | | Garden View, located upstairs, is just down the hall from a second-story balcony which overlooks the West Garden and a historical Episcopal church with stained glass windows that make a beautiful background at night. The balcony is a perfect spot to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee early in the morning. The queen-sized iron bed will guarantee you a comfortable night's sleep. The cheerful room is a beautiful shade of peach. The private bathroom has a shower. | 
| | Fleur de Lis is a newly decorated room located on the second floor at the rear of the home. Decorated with a French theme, it has a comfortable queen-sized iron bed, and a separate daybed with trundle. Perfect for a family with one or two children. The black and white tiled bathroom has a tub/shower combination. | 
| | Bayou Retreat is a first-floor bedroom which has an iron daybed which can be made into a king-sized bed. The name of the room is derived from its hunting motif wallpaper and heavy oak furniture. The private cypress bath has a claw-foot tub, great for soaking, with a shower. Bayou Retreat is just down the hall from a handicapped accessible bathroom.
